Anonymous asked: just a question- how did you lose your weight? i've seen a lot of girls heavier than you that didn't end up with loose skin and i was curious as to what you did that may be different! :)
I exercised, watched my calories, and ate healthy foods for the most part. I’m not sure what I did differently :/
And some people say I do have loose skin while others say I just need to keep up with weight training because it’s still just fat

mandamadness asked: Hi(: I've been eating pretty unhealthy lately and not working out/: What gets you back on track?
When that happens with me I just take a step back and remember what my goals are. If I want to be fit and healthy and strong and continue my weight loss I know I need to eat right and workout. Try getting rid of the junk food you have, plan a healthy meal and try a new kind of exercise :)

- Good for your brain - The antioxidant quercetin helps to keep your neurons and brain cells healthy. A study shows that this can help to prevent the free radical damage that can lead to Alzheimer’s disease.
- Great for your bones - Phloridzin and boron increases bone density.
- Lowers your cholesterol - Pectin lowes ‘bad’ cholesterol. People who eat two apples a day may lower their cholesterol by 16%!
- Lowers your risk of cancer - Studies show that eating apples regularly could reduce the risk of breast, colon and liver cancer.
- Aids weight loss - Studies show that women who ate three apples or pears per day lost more weight whilst dieting than those who ate no fruit.

mizuwolf asked: I don't know if anyone has asked you this yet, But what made you decide it was time for change? And how did you get the energy to start?
I decided it was time to change because I really hated how I looked, I had no self esteem and I was just tired of being unhappy because of my body. Just wanting to change gave me a lot of energy, also being on here and seeing other people who had done it and knowing it was possible

Hello there! I'm Rose, I'm 19. This is my health/weightloss blog as well as my personal one. I just moved to Pennsylvania and I'm currently a student in Tom Savini's Special Make-Up Effects program. I get excited over the small things and love zombies more than I probably should.
